TERMS & CONDITIONS


PRODUCT PACKING
Packing of both individual ( one-off ) or bulk ( container ) purchases are completed in either of our two integrated warehouse / cargo facilities. For handicraft products, the items are wrapped in plastic or bubble wrap then packed into cardboard boxes or ( depending on the fragility of the item ) a wooden crate with shredded paper. Larger items i.e. furniture etc are individually wrapped in foam sheet and then Kraft corrugated cardboard for protection. Fragile large products ( ceramic pots, stone products etc. ) are wrapped and then a wooden frame(with ISPM#15 certificate if needed) is constructed to hold and protect the object during shipment. Silica Gel sachets are added to all packed products. All packed items / boxes /crates are numbered and contents listed and correlate to the packing list and shipping invoice for your easy reference once you receive the shipment.

That all container loads use Super Dry Units for moisture absorption control.


EXPORT DOCUMENTATION
Our handling of all your cargo arrangements includes taking care of all the relevant official export documentation required by the Indonesian authorities and special documentation required by the destination country. ( Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, Customs Clearances, Indonesia,Fumigation/ISPM#15 certificates etc. ) This is included in the shipping cost. When your shipment is ready to proceed and documentation is completed and released from the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce all documents are forwarded via courier to your broker / agent / notify party to process at your locale while the container is in transit.


SHIPPING

We ship directly from the port in Bali – Indonesia. Shipping to most International ports takes approximately 4/5 weeks from Indonesia. Shipping to Asia/Southeast Asia destinations are approximately 2 weeks.

Shipping volumes are by 20' (twenty foot) About 32m3 40' (forty ft) About 65m3 - or 40' HC (forty ft high cube) About 75m3 containers. Orders less than a container volume are calculated by the cubic meter. Please contact us for more information regarding shipments of less than a container volume (LCL).


MINIMUM ORDER

Minimum order by LCL USD.2500,-(EURO 1500,-) for USA and Europe ,for Indonesia USD 1000,-. Total shipping Cost is depending on the Shipping Destination and volume or quantity of the shipment.


ORDERS

A minimum of 60% deposit is required upon receipt of all orders. Final payment prior to completion of goods. Orders will only commence once funds have cleared into the Peneda Bali account. Goods will be inspected and collected only, once the balance of funds have cleared into the Peneda Bali account. Prices are based on US Dollar rate, and subject to change.


CANCELLATIONS

No cancellations are accepted once orders have been confirmed


PAYMENT

Payment can be made by Telegraphic BankTransfer to the following bank account ( US$ ). You are able to send US$ / AUD$ / NZ$ / EURO / UKP - etc, our bank will automatically convert the fund to US$ or Rupiah based on the exchange rate of the day.
